TERMS OF SERVICE

My Mission Statement
I aim to provide a premium nail service in a safe, relaxed and friendly environment. I commit to the highest of standards and will only use the best products and tools on my clients. I aim to be known for my impeccable service as well as having my clients health and wellbeing at the heart of what I do.​

Booking Fee
I require a 50% booking fee to secure your appointment. This will go towards your final balance. Your appointment isn't secured until this is received.​

Cancellations
Please note I hold a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. Should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I require at least 48 hours notice from the commencing time of the appointment. No shows, cancellations and reschedules after this 48 hour notice will result in forfeiting your booking fee. Repeat cancellations will lose the ability to book again. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please phone or text:07565887060. If you do not get through, please leave a voicemail.

Punctuality and Courtesy
Please note I hold a strict punctuality policy. All allocated appointments must begin and end at the scheduled times so that the next client won’t be delayed. If you are more than 10 minutes late the treatment may not be able to go ahead and you may incur a late charge. If you arrive early, please wait in your car and I will collect you when I'm ready.​

Price Alteration
I reserve the right to review and increase prices as and when needed. I aim to give at least 1 calendar month notice.​

Children and Animals
Children and animals are not permitted in the studio, with the exception of service animals.

Data Protection
Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be stored within GDPR guidelines. Please note, failure to give all details required at consultation may lead to insurance being void and I will not be able to carry out the treatment. I may occasionally send you details of special promotions, if you would rather not receive marketing style messages then please let me know at the first instance.​​

Medical Conditions
I ask that you disclose all medical conditions including pregnancy prior to booking as some treatments may not be suitable, you can give any relevant information on your consultation card. This includes any allergies to previous nail enhancements.

Mobile Phones and Distractions
Mobile phones are not permitted to be used during hand treatments as it compromises the hygiene of treatment areas and the ability to adhere to appointment schedules. I kindly ask for mobiles to be left on silent in a bag/car for the duration of your treatment to minimise distractions.

Repairs​
It is your responsibility to follow the aftercare advice given upon leaving the studio. Repairs will be offered free of charge on damage that I deem to be a result of my application. A small fee will be applicable plus extra for nail art on any other damage.

Hygiene
Salon hygiene is of the upmost importance, therefore I ask all clients to wash and sanitise their hands upon arrival. All of my tools and work surfaces are cleaned and disinfected between treatments. I change all towels in-between treatments and they are laundered according to HSE guidelines.

Age Restrictions

Anyone under the age of 18 must have parental consent for a service. No services will be performed on anyone under the age of 16.​​​

Payment
Payments are to be made prior to leaving the salon by cash, card or bank transfer. All retail products must be paid for in full at the time of purchasing. Prepaid courses of treatments must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.
